RMA procedure<\/h2><p data-key=\"SKeUx\"> <\/p><p data-key=\"1bHLg\">If you wish to return devices or components to LaVision GmbH for inspection or repair, you will need an <strong>RMA number (Return Material Authorization)<\/strong> in advance.<\/p><p data-key=\"4Mv4e\">Without an RMA number, we reserve the right <strong>not to accept<\/strong> the return shipment and to return it at your expense.<\/p><p data-key=\"RUYm4\"> <\/p><p data-key=\"n13Kp\">To apply for an RMA number, please contact your local dealer or send an e-mail directly to <a href=\"mailto:service@lavision.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\"><strong>service@lavision.com<\/strong><\/a>. Please provide the following information: <\/p><ul class=\"list-el\" data-key=\"cOBdw\"><li data-key=\"Q0wFT\"><p data-key=\"pKQfb\">Article and serial number of the affected devices<\/p><\/li><li data-key=\"dfEQv\"><p data-key=\"DWZWc\">Short error description<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-key=\"RYqSx\"> <\/p><p data-key=\"EQQ2E\">You will then receive an <strong>RMA form<\/strong> from us by e-mail. Please check and complete it: <\/p><ul class=\"list-el\" data-key=\"x5jzG\"><li data-key=\"j87fd\"><p data-key=\"pu2t5\">the listed articles<\/p><\/li><li data-key=\"q2eid\"><p data-key=\"P1EFq\">Your contact details<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-key=\"uRtwx\"> <\/p><p data-key=\"9R5T5\">The form must be signed and enclosed with the shipping documents.<\/p><p data-key=\"r9FeV\">The RMA number must also be <strong>clearly visible on the outside of the packaging<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-key=\"bgYmv\"> <\/p><p data-key=\"bv1ve\">All returns must be made <strong>carriage paid, in the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.<\/strong> <\/p><p data-key=\"yaVxx\">LaVision GmbH accepts no liability for damage caused during transportation.<\/p><p data-key=\"lLrLm\"> <\/p><p data-key=\"cOgwp\">After receipt of the return, you will receive a <strong>confirmation of receipt<\/strong> by e-mail. After checking, we will send you a <strong>cost estimate<\/strong>, unless a free warranty repair is available. The repair will not begin until we have received your <strong>binding order<\/strong>.  <\/p><hr data-key=\"Pmuzs\"><h2 data-key=\"li6gj\">2nd order \/ purchase order<\/h2><ul class=\"list-el\" data-key=\"7EWFS\"><li data-key=\"Ll5Ry\"><p data-key=\"kqHc6\"><strong>Out of warranty:<\/strong> Repairs will only be carried out against a written order on the basis of our cost estimate.<\/p><\/li><li data-key=\"y5FxI\"><p data-key=\"g875r\"><strong>Within the warranty:<\/strong> Repairs are carried out free of charge, provided the warranty conditions are met.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-key=\"I6euY\">If the warranty has expired or is excluded, we will inform you in advance of the costs incurred.<\/p><hr data-key=\"6VX7I\"><h2 data-key=\"GYlcH\">3. repair guarantee<\/h2><p data-key=\"ATxsf\"> <\/p><p data-key=\"QCFzy\">All components repaired by LaVision GmbH are covered by a <strong>90-day repair warranty<\/strong> &#8211; regardless of the original warranty status.<\/p><p data-key=\"cyVet\">If the device is still within the original warranty period at the time of repair, this will be extended by at least 90 days (the longer period is decisive).<\/p><hr data-key=\"YW9ja\"><h2 data-key=\"4bxmz\">4. shipping conditions<\/h2><ul class=\"list-el\" data-key=\"SSDyB\"><li data-key=\"eCQpO\"><p data-key=\"uY6uD\">Returns to LaVision GmbH must be sent <strong>postage paid<\/strong>, with <strong>RMA number<\/strong> on the shipping label and consignment note.<\/p><\/li><li data-key=\"PK8IX\"><p data-key=\"i8rEL\">Shipments without an RMA number may be <strong>rejected<\/strong> and returned at the customer&#8217;s expense.<\/p><\/li><li data-key=\"sjiKd\"><p data-key=\"QgRVr\">The customer is responsible for <strong>proper packaging<\/strong>. Damage caused by inadequate packaging shall be borne by the customer. <\/p><\/li><li data-key=\"Mspiw\"><p data-key=\"ilhpW\">If new packaging material is required for the return shipment, the costs will be charged to the customer.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-key=\"b3vVS\"><h2 data-key=\"MjkOP\">5. packing instructions<\/h2><p data-key=\"nkmps\"> <\/p><p data-key=\"Bxk9e\">Please ensure that products are packed safely and properly.<\/p><p data-key=\"Z4kRr\"><strong>Important notes for special components:<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"list-el\" data-key=\"xxHs8\"><li data-key=\"XvSIo\"><p data-key=\"ietM5\"><strong>Laser:<\/strong> Remove cooling water completely, use original transport box<\/p><\/li><li data-key=\"P8XaH\"><p data-key=\"OUJKT\"><strong>Laser arms:<\/strong> Use original transport box<\/p><\/li><li data-key=\"VzhGL\"><p data-key=\"vRNoc\"><strong>Computer:<\/strong> Free of malware; remove or communicate administrator password<\/p><\/li><li data-key=\"uS3BI\"><p data-key=\"FbRxy\"><strong>Electronic components (frame grabber, PTU etc.):<\/strong> Antistatic bag (ESD) + mechanical protection<\/p><\/li><li data-key=\"GjIjg\"><p data-key=\"ovpCK\"><strong>Optical and sensitive components:<\/strong> protection against dust, moisture and contamination<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-key=\"dIHib\"> <\/p><p data-key=\"VngRW\">The <strong>RMA form<\/strong> with RMA number and your contact details must be enclosed with the shipment.<\/p><hr data-key=\"0RX9B\"><h2 data-key=\"7htEw\">6. labeling of the return shipment<\/h2><p data-key=\"RVB6X\"> <\/p><p data-key=\"RfZNX\">Attach the <strong>shipping labels with RMA number and return address clearly visible on the outside of<\/strong> each packaging unit.<\/p><p data-key=\"PUaoh\">Unmarked parcels may be refused.<\/p><hr data-key=\"fbSc4\"><h2 data-key=\"khFuO\">7. insurance<\/h2><p data-key=\"mSPhN\"> <\/p><p data-key=\"naFdT\">We strongly recommend <strong>insuring<\/strong> the shipment for the value of the goods before collection\/shipping. Damage or loss during transportation is the responsibility of the sender. <\/p><hr data-key=\"oqUHy\"><h2 data-key=\"ARWJL\">8. freedom from contamination<\/h2><p data-key=\"RxUfC\"> <\/p><p data-key=\"T43pj\">A <strong>confirmation of freedom from contamination<\/strong> must be enclosed with each return.
